Ludo Pro (the "App") is developed and maintained by Lenbd.org. We are committed to protecting user privacy while providing a high-quality gaming experience.
Ludo Pro is designed to function as a standalone offline-first application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, physical address, or phone number. No account registration is required to use the game.
To keep the App 100% free, we utilize Google AdMob for advertisements. These services may collect and use non-personal identifiers (like your device's ID for Advertising) to show relevant ads. This data is handled according to Google's Privacy Policy.
The App uses local device storage to save your game progress, selected themes, sound preferences, and high scores. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by Lenbd.org.
Ludo Pro is family-oriented and fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

By downloading or using Ludo Pro, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Lenbd.org grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not grant you ownership of the App's source code or assets.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) attempt to modify or hack game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage; (c) distribute modified versions of the App; or (d) use the App for any illegal activities.
Ludo Pro is an ad-supported application. You acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed in certain areas of the game. We do not offer any in-app purchases to remove these ads or unlock features.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs or interruptions. Lenbd.org is not liable for any data loss or device damage resulting from use.

All software, graphics, game logic, and branding within Ludo Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of Lenbd.org. These are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Lenbd.org reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any of the Terms of Service.
In no event shall Lenbd.org be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lenbd.org is registered, excluding its conflict of law principles.
